This site is built so there's nearly nothing to have a policy about. Here's the full picture anyway.

Calculations stay on your device

Every calculator runs entirely in your browser. The times, dates, breaks and pay rates you enter are never transmitted, logged or stored by the site. Close the tab and they're gone.

No accounts

There are no user accounts, no sign-ups and no advertising pixels, and the site's own code sets no cookies. The one third-party service in use is described below.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic, such as which calculators are visited and how often. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data according to Google's own privacy policy. The times and rates you type never enter that measurement, and the site itself does not collect names, emails or accounts.

Local storage

One preference is kept in your browser's localStorage: your light or dark theme choice, if you've clicked the toggle. It stays on your device and you can clear it through your browser settings at any time.

Server logs

The hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and capacity reasons, as almost all web hosts do. The site's operator doesn't use these logs to identify visitors.

If ads ever appear

Should third party ads be added in the future, the ad provider would come with its own privacy policy and consent controls, and this page would be updated to say so before that happens.
